Due to requests form our client base, EFCG will again host our 2024 Total Rewards and Compensation Forum this October 24, 2024 at the offices of HNTB in Kansas City, MO.
Leveraging our AEC Industry platform, we are pleased to host another highly anticipated Compensation and Total Rewards Forum. This event will again welcome AEC Industry CHROs/HRDs, Talent Leaders, Compensation Directors/Managers, and Total Rewards Directors/Managers to engage in candid conversations about best practices and observations from their own firm. EFCG will pull in data from EFCG’s two annual Compensation Surveys and the expertise and guidance of EFCG’s Job Matching / Compensation Committee to guide the discussions, inform these firms’ compensation, and total rewards strategies.
