Martin Clark is a Financial & Strategic Advisory Associate at EFCG, where he supports clients in strategic planning, post-merger integration, market due diligence and organizational design. Martin provides clients with deep insights into their competitive positioning through peer benchmarking, corporate valuations, and strategic analysis, helping firms to navigate the most complex industry challenges.
Prior to EFCG, Martin gained diverse experience across the technology, media measurement and venture capital industries with firms such as Nielsen and PollyLabs. He earned his MBA from Columbia Business School, specializing in finance, strategy, and social enterprise. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in politics and government and Spanish language from Ohio Wesleyan University.
