Chuck became an EFCG Senior Advisor after more than 30 years in engineering and environmental consulting in which he has held a variety of C-suite executive leadership positions.  He has served as a transformational leader for business lines, operations, business development, commercial teams, marketing, communications, project management offices, federal programs, health and safety, and other corporate functions.  He has successfully led multiple turnarounds and consistently delivered industry-leading growth and profitability.

Chuck’s expertise includes leading strategy development and implementation, mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integrations, service and client portfolio management, business transformations, corporate efficiency programs, business performance improvement programs, and new business initiatives. His breadth of experience and strong global perspective allows him to help clients identify and resolve key issues so they can quickly realize positive results.

Chuck holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska.
