Environmental Financial Consulting Group (EFCG) is pleased to have served as a strategic advisor to Ulteig, an employee-owned, purpose-driven consulting engineering firm committed to building a sustainable future, on its acquisition of Paradigm Environmental, a California-based provider of water resources management and advanced technology with water environment expertise.
Paradigm Environmental specializes in watershed analysis, stormwater management, and advanced systems. Its interdisciplinary team includes experts in hydrology, engineering, environmental science, programming, and data analysis. This acquisition enhances Ulteig’s capabilities in water resources and technology-enabled engineering and planning solutions while expanding the Company’s presence in the North American water sector.
