Po is the Chief Executive Officer of Anchor QEA, a nationally recognized environmental science and engineering consultancy specializing in aquatic, shoreline, and water resource projects, including coastal and flood resiliency, CFD, and offshore wind. He was recruited into the role after serving on Anchor QEA’s Board of Directors, during which he gained a comprehensive understanding of the company’s core values and established strong relationships with Anchor QEA founders and senior leaders. Prior to leading Anchor QEA, Po was Vice President and General Manager with BrightView
(NYSE: BV), the world’s largest and most revered Landscape Design-Build and Maintenance company. During his 13-year tenure in executive leadership, the company grew from a privately held 9,000-person firm, was backed by MSD Capital,
then KKR, went public on the NYSE and used that capitalization to expand rapidly to over 22,000 employees through organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Po earned his MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and also holds dual
degrees in Political Science and English from UC Berkeley.
