Our 2023 CEO Conference from September 18-20 in Denver, CO welcomed well over 230 attendees from across the globe as we discussed the latest of AEC Industry trends. The primary focus of this conference is to help CEOs better manage the leadership, strategy, finances, profitability and funding of their firms. All participating firms are required to complete a detailed financial survey, covering over 150 different business metrics including past and projected performance. This data is analyzed and presented by EFCG at the conference, and is followed by several panels, speakers and workshops, each covering a different set of topics and issues raised by the survey. Over the past 28 years, this data and the discussion at the CEO Conference, have become the primary source of data for CEOs in this industry, by which to plan their business strategies, to help identify key challenges, and to lead and improve their firm's performance.
