The primary focus of this conference is to help CEOs better manage the leadership, strategy, finances, profitability and funding of their firms. All participating firms are required to complete a detailed financial survey, covering over 150 different business metrics including past and projected performance. This data is analyzed and presented by EFCG at the conference, and is followed by several panels, speakers and workshops, each covering a different set of topics and issues raised by the survey.
